Doordarshan National TV Channel (DD1), Doordarshan News (DD News) will live telecast the Republic day parade on January 26 2011 from New Delhi. The telecast will start around 9 am.
The content in DD1 and DD News will be same but the commentry will be Hindi in DD1 and english in DD News. The live telecast will go on still 11 am – 12 pm.
Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono will be the chief guest during India’s Republic Day celebration in 2011.
