Two worst train accidents of the year rocks India within hours, killing dozens of people and injuring hundreds.
The first accident took place at around 12.20pm when a Delhi-bound 15 bogies Kalka Mail derailed at Fatehpur district near Malwa station, nearly120km from Lucknow. The train was on its way to Delhi from Howrah when it derailed.
Last report says 35 people have died. The toll is likely to go up as search and rescue operation were going on.

Within hours of the Kalka Mail derailment in Uttar Pradesh another train Guwahati-Puri Express also derailed in Assam at Rangia, 65 kilometers from capital Guwahati. The details are awaited.
