Siddharth Roy Kapur Gifts Vidya Balan A Flat Of Rs. 14 Crores

After the success of The Dirty Picture, Sweet & Spicy Vidya Balan was on Seven heaven & now her happiness crossed all the limits. UTV Motion Pictures CEO Siddharth Roy Kapur has bought a Rs. 14 crore flat in Juhu for his ladylove Vidya, in a building called Parineeta. The actress has yet not moved in to the new flat & would be shifting in March 2012.

Vidya’s new apartment is situated at Juhu Tara Road and the renovation work has started in the apartment. The deal took place almost two months back and Siddharth did not leave the opportunity & immediately paid the money to get the house for his ladylove. Vidya was very happy since the flat is quite costly and is situated in the heart of Mumbai.

Sidd & Vidya  is also expected to tie the knot in this year. Rumour has it that the couple will move in together to the new flat,+ which is a common trend among B-towners like Imran Khan and Avantika Malik, Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor have done it.
