Shera Song Launched By MS Gill To Celebrate Commonwealth Game 2010. For the Commonwealth Games (CWG) 2010, Sports Minister Dr. MS Gill launched a song for Shera, on Thursday. Randhir Singh, vice-chairman of the organizing committee (OC) and other senior OC officials, were also presents at that occasion.

 

Dr. Gill said that music is an integral part of any games and the song on Shera will appeal to both Indian and International audiences.

He is also a reminder of the depleting numbers of his species and the fragile environment he lives in and our responsibility towards the protection of his race and his ecosystem,” said Gill.

The Shera song is a beautiful song of Punjabi tune with balance of both Hindi and English lyrics. The song will appeal to both Indian and International audience. The soul of this song is rooted in our cultural heritage of Punjab.
