The income tax department is attracted toward a Villa,which was gifted to Shah Rukh Khan on December last year. The Villa cost around Rs 17.84 crore.
King Khan is facing a deep trouble over his Dubai villa. the villa was gifted to Shah Rukh Khan for allowing a company to use his name for promotion.
The I-T Department had send a notice to Shah Rukh Khan on 27th December, 2010 saying that Nakheel Public Joint Stock Company (NPJSC) has used the brand name of Shah Rukh Khan for the promotion of its Palm Project on print media and its official website.
The villa was gifted to Shah Rukh Khan in 2008, and now the Income Tax Department want him to pay tax in his country over the villa.
