Porsche launches its second-generation Cayenne in India
Porsche, the renowned German luxury car maker, launched its range of second-generation Cayenne models today in an Indian showroom.
The five new models – Cayenne, Cayenne S, Caynne Turbo, Cayenne Diesel and Cayenne S Hybrid, priced between Rs. 65.82-lakh to Rs. 1.27-crore, have already received bookings of at least 70 units in the Indian market.
The Cayenne has been priced at Rs. 65,82,000 while the Cayenne S, Caynne Turbo, Cayenne Diesel and Cayenne S Hybrid have been priced at Rs. 78,62,000, Rs 1,27,10,000, Rs 59,22,000 and Rs 75,46,000 respectively.
Porsche’s new model Cayenne is a perfect balance between elegant design and powerful driving dynamics. Porsche has designed this model with the target of making it an instant trendsetter in its category.
At present, the company has two showrooms in India and is in the process of making plans of opening five additional
showrooms by December 2010.
They are planning to open the showrooms in the cities of Chandigarh, Chennai, Kochi, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad in India by the end of this calendar year.
