Excess of everything is bad, doesn’t matter good or bad. A balance is necessary to keep things under control and when it comes to daily food habits we need to be bit careful.
A balanced and complete diet is necessary, but one should keep in mind, that excess of any food type in your diet can lead to serious health ailments. Intake of all nutrients is necessary but consuming or relying totally on any type of food for long time can cause trouble.

Tea has now become an irresistible part of our food habits. Be it at your work place or at your home, tea works as a stress reliever and soother and is also good for health but excess of it (more than 5 cups a day) can cause acidity due to production of Hcl in Stomach. It also releases fluorides into your system and hence can cause osteosclerosis.
Intake of fish on daily basis and in large quantities can lead to health and cognitive problems such as heart diseases and also reduces memory power and concentration. Fish contains heavy metal toxins like mercury, and are more likely to affect pregnant women and young children and those have BP complaints. For fish consumption healthy limit is about 20-25 gm per day or two meals of fish a week.
It has high protein and zero cholesterol content but over consumption (more than 25-30gm) can lead to cancer, dementia (a serious illness of mind), and abnormalities in reproductive system, osteoporosis and thyroids disorders. It also increases estrogen level in females leading to breast cancer in females, and when it comes to males, it hikes the risk of infertility, physical transformations and disorders.
Undoubtedly the most essence liquid that alone can help you to a great extent, keep you away from health problems. But again as said excess of everything is bad so over consumption of water (more than 10 glasses) may lead to water intoxications which includes headaches, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, frequent urination and mental distraction
If our protein intake goes beyond 30% of daily requirements, then it may cause loss of water and calcium from body leading to dehydration, bone loss, feeling of weakness, low appetite, loss of hair, nausea, bad breath all this happens because kidneys have to over work to flush out the excess proteins. Non vegetarians who follow high protein diet in their diet chart are more prone to its side effects.
Fibers are essential are in our daily food habits to prevent constipation and other gastric problems. But excess of it( more than 35 gm) can cause blotting (swelling of body or body part usually because it has a lot of gas or liquid in it), and abdominal cramps (a sudden strong pain caused by an abdominal muscles suddenly contracting) and can also interfere with absorption of minerals like zinc , magnesium, phosphorus and phosphorus.
