Catch Arjun Kapoor in Homi Adajania’s most awaited film ‘Finding Fanny’. This Hinlish film starring Arjun Kapoor and Deepika Padukone will release on September 12. Set in the backdrop of Goa and based on the journey of five friends.
The movie’s star cast includes Ranveer Singh too, who plays a cameo in the film. The film is directed by ‘Cocktail’ fame Homi Adajania. The first look shows Bollywood’s latest heartthrob Arjun Kapoor in a very rugged look, giving an apparition of ultimate bad man. After a brilliant performance as a polite guy from Punjab in ‘2 States‘, Arjun Kapoor’s this avatar is definitely something to watch out for. In a recently released first look of Deepika from the movie, Deepika looked every bit of a Goan girl. She will be seen wearing floral dresses and a cross necklace throughout the movie. We have seen her playing a South Indian girl in ‘Chennai Express‘ in the past, now how well she would carry herself as a Goan girl is something to look forward to.
As per reports, Ranveer Singh will play a cameo in the movie. It had been indicated that Ranveer will play the role of Deepika’s husband. The buzz around ‘Deepika and Ranveer’s relationship status‘ has already given enough hype to the movie.
Talking about the direction of the movie, it is been directed by one of the hottest directors in the country today, Homi Adjania. Homi has a passion for storytelling and that reflects beautifully in his movies. Homi had directed and co-written ‘Being Cyrus‘ which was applauded for its unconventional plot. Homi’s work includes one of the most applauded movie of the country, Cocktail. Finding Fanny doesn’t look like anything we have seen on silver screen ever before.
This 90-minute satirical film completely has been made in English and Hindi to cater to audiences in India and abroad. The stellar star cast like Naseeruddin Shah, Dimple Kapadia and Pankaj Kapur ensure that the movie has something really different to offer. Even if we look at the story line, its completely new from what we have seen this year. Five friends set out on a road trip in Goa in search of a friend ‘Fanny’. Wouldn’t we like to accompany them on this road trip?
