Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra and Ileana D’Cruz starrer Barfi had a strong start at multiplexes all over whereas single screens have lower opening. The movie collected 8.56 crore nett on Friday day and collected around 11.50 crore on satarday.
Barfi saw actual big leap in its collection on Sunday. It added Rs 13.45 crores nett to its first weekend total Rs 34.15 crores nett.
Barfi! Box Office Collections :
Barfi! has beaten the record of Rockstar, which had collected Rs 33 crores nett in its opening weekend. The movie has done decent business in all the metros of the country.
Barfi was released on 14 September 2012 across 1750 screens in India and 350 screens overseas.
