Indian Spin Bowler Ravichandran Ashwin got married with his childhood friend Preethi Narayanan on 13/Nov/2011 in Chennai. The marriage scheduled was intensely private, It was decided by Ashwin’s family to make the function a low key affair and restricted to the two families and close friends. After marriage Ashwin joined the team for the second Test. The second test is start from Today, day after Ravichander Ashwin wedding with Preethi.
Ravichandran Ashwin scalped nine wickets in the opening test, including six in the second innings. which India won by five wickets at the Feroz Shah Kotla stadium.

Marriage Reception was attended by Ashwin’s Tamil Nadu teammates, friends and relatives, which was held Saturday evening, the marriage was solemnised according to Hindu rites Sunday morning.
