Ingredients:- 1cup white flour, 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/3 cup vanilla protein mix, 2/3 cup Splenda, 1 cup milk, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup walnuts, 2 tbsp baking powder, 1 beaten egg, 2 bananas mashed.

Method:- Peel bananas and mash it with fork, mix all ingredients and pour into muffin tin. Do not use paper muffin cups and then bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Ingredients:- 1 cup while flour, 1 cup whole wheat flour, 2 tbsp baking soda, 2 tbsp baking powder, 3/4 cup splenda, 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (unsalted), 1/2 cup hulled millet, 1 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp cinnamon, 1/2 tbsp nutmeg, 1 cup oatmeal, 4 eggs, 2 cups mashed ripe bananas, 1 cup apple sauce, 1/2 dried cranberries

Method:- Mix dry ingredients well in bowl. In separate bowl mix wet ingredients after that add dry to wet mixing until just combined. Stir in sunflower seeds. Evenly distribute between 21 greased muffin tins. Cook for 30 mins at 350.

Ingredients:- 1 frozen ripe banana, cut into chunks, 1 cup whole milk, 1-2 tablespoons sugar, 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Method:- Blend all ingredients until smooth using a hand blender or traditional blender. Drink immediately.

Ingredients:- 1/4 cup apple sauce, 1/4 cup margarine, 1 egg, 1 cup mashed banana, 1/3 cup sugar, 3/4 cup whole wheat flour, 3/4 cup white flour, 1 Tbsp hot water, 1 tbsp baking soda, 1/4 cup chocolate chips.

Methods:- Blend sugar, apple sauce and butter then add egg and banana. Dissolve baking soda in water then add to banana mixture.
Add remaining ingredients. Divide into 12 muffin tins. Bake it 20 to 25 minutes at 350F.

Ingredients:- 1/3 cup softened butter,1/2 cup sugar, 1 large beaten egg, 2 cups plain wholemeal (all-purpose) flour, 2 level tbsp baking powder, grated rind of 1 orange and 1 lemon (optional), 4 ripe bananas, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.

Method:- Grease and base line a loaf tin measuring 8.5 by 19cm (1 lb capacity) or set 12 paper muffin cases into a muffin tin. Heat the oven to 350F/180C/gas 4. Put butter, caster sugar and egg into a bowl. Sift in flour and baking powder. Using an electric mixer, whisk until thoroughly combined. Add the grated lemon and orange rind if using. Slice the bananas into another bowl and mash to a pulp. Add to the flour mixture, along with the walnuts and whisk again thoroughly. Spoon the mixture into the tin or cases and bake until risen and browned and springs back when pressed with a finger. A loaf takes about 50 minutes. Muffins take 15-20 mins. Leave cake to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before turning on to a wire tray.
