2012 Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Specs, Features & Price in India

After Maruti Alto K another Japanese car giant will hit the Indian market soon. Ertiga, the much-awaited new compact MPV of Maruti will be launched on April 12, 2012. Ertiga offers a three-row flexi-seating options for 7 passengers (2+3+2) which makes it a perfect family car. Ertiga has a Airbags and ABS (Antilock Braking System) facility. For the comfort senond and third row customers it has roof mounted Air blower.

Maruti will be introducing the K-14 VVT engine first time on Ertiga. If we talk about the engine then it will have in both petrol and diesel engine.

Deisel Engine: 1.3 litre diesel engine with 89bhp Power and

Petrol Engine: New K14 petrol Engine with 95 bhp Power, 13 kgm torque

Ertiga is manufactured at the company’s plant in Gurgaon and Maruti aims to sell around 5000 units of the new compact MPV every month.
